Active Bubbl is not a party to independent agreements between members unless expressly stated otherwise.
We want Active Bubbl to remain a professional, respectful and trustworthy networking environment.

Active Bubbl is currently free to join and use. However, we reserve the right to introduce membership fees, subscription plans or charges for additional features and services in the future.

All pricing and payment arrangements will be subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.

From time to time, Active Bubbl may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may introduce, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to improve security, functionality or the operation of the service.
Where changes materially affect members, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

Members may request account closure in accordance with the available account management process.
Account closure does not automatically remove information that Active Bubbl is required or authorised to retain.

The Active Bubbl name, branding, website design, software, platform features and original content are owned by or licensed to Active Bubbl.
You may access and use the platform for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected platform materials without appropriate authorisation, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, Active Bubbl is not responsible for losses arising solely from independent dealings between members, including unsuccessful referrals, commercial disagreements or the conduct of another member.
Where Active Bubbl is legally responsible for a loss, any limitation of liability will operate only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Members remain responsible for their own professional services, business decisions and agreements with other members.
If you experience an issue with Active Bubbl, please contact our support team so we can investigate.
We aim to respond to enquiries and complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
Where a dispute relates to an independent transaction or professional arrangement between members, the members should first attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Active Bubbl may assist with platform-related information where appropriate but is not obliged to act as an arbitrator in private commercial disputes.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a person from exercising their legal rights or seeking assistance from an appropriate regulator, tribunal or court.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on our website with its effective date.
Where changes materially affect existing members, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable and obtain agreement where legally required.
Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or remedies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
The parties submit to the jurisdiction of courts with authority to hear disputes arising under these Terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights concerning jurisdiction or dispute resolution.
